  • Good info for those with Automimmune issues

    This has a good amount of information on the Paleo diet. This diet is very strict. Very similar to the anticandida diet. But supposedly it will help your health a great deal and even cure autoimmune diseases. I can't vouch for that, but I have heard good things and this book contains a wealth of information and recipes. Be prepared to eliminate a lot of foods, such a dairy and sugars. I have a contained autoimmune disease and plan to use this protocol to see if it does anything for me. It is worth a try. I received this free in exchange for a review and i'm glad to have had the opportunity to learn more through this book.
  • Great cook book for me and everyone else

    I have a skin disorder and some foods i eat make my skin get inflammation. I actually am still reading this but I am impressed with the meal plans here. I have used several recipes and i can not lie that i feel a difference on my skin . A book on how to heal my own body is one thing I have to say is brilliant! I sometimes binge and this is helping me find delicious yet yummy recipes that are helping and not harming my body also, A 30-day meal plan so you never have to wonder what to eat? great perk for people like me. I would 100% recommend this book to anyone who is trying to just boost their health

    It seems Autoimmune disorders are fairly common so this made for some interesting reading material. I have thought my partner has a disorder for quite some and there were some “aha” moments as I was reading through the chapters. What I probably enjoyed the most were the weekly shopping lists and recipes to go with them. It provided a list and recipes for 30 days to start a person on the AIP diet. For me personally I wouldn’t have had a clue where to start and this helps quite a bit. There are many “quick and easy” recipes which are right up my alley as I don’t like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen after work. I would recommend this book for anyone looking into a possible disorder which may be food related. I know I was surprised by the number of foods that may cause an issue. I found the book easy to read and informative.

    this is a great book for anyone that wants to learn how to eat healthy. It helps you understand why you should stop eating certain foods not just telling you to stop eating them. It then has some very specific weekly shopping lists and recipes that are great and easy to do.

  • Interesting book and cooking options

    I have heard about the paleo diet. Now that I have read this ebook. I have a better knowledge now of what the paleo diet consists. Once I read this ebook I understand why autoimmune diseases are number two illness for the United States people. I am using some of the information I found in this ebook in my everyday life. Take a look at the common diet and then come back to this ebook. You will then see why. A lot of it is based on how we eat. Even though we think something is healthy for us not all of it is.

    This book was one I let my mom see because she does know someone with Autoimmune disease and it helps her understand a lot more about this disease. It explains what autoimmune is and how autoimmune disease affects the body.     I love the layout of this book with its 30 day meal plan as well as the recipes that it lists. This is a very helpful book because it lays out some of the most common autoimmune diseases and things you should/shouldn't eat.
