The rules: no kissing on the mouth, no staying the night, no telling anyone, and above all… No falling in love

Anna Jones just wants to finish college and figure out her life. Falling for star quarterback Drew Baylor is certainly not on her to do list. Confident and charming, he lives in the limelight and is way too gorgeous for his own good. If only she could ignore his heated stares and stop thinking about doing hot and dirty things with him. Easy, right?

Too bad he’s committed to making her break every rule…

Football has been good to Drew. It’s given him recognition, two National Championships, and the Heisman. But what he really craves is sexy yet prickly Anna Jones. Her cutting humor and blatant disregard for his fame turns him on like nothing else. But there’s one problem: she's shut him down. Completely.

That is until a chance encounter leads to the hottest sex of their lives, along with the possibility of something great. Unfortunately, Anna wants it to remain a hook up. Now it’s up to Drew to tempt her with more: more sex, more satisfaction, more time with him. Until she’s truly hooked. It's a good thing Drew knows all about winning.

All’s fair in love and football…Game on

I absolutely loved this romance novel...I had some parts where I wanted to cry, when things got super spicy, and even time when he was being rude to her made me really love him in a weird way. I would definitely recommend.

Best book I've read in awhile! Baylor and Jones were perfect for each other and the book wasn't cheesy like most love stories. Well thought out and made me so happy at certain parts

Callihan pulls you in with story line and keeps you turning pages with pure character love. Not only did I fall in love with these characters but I fell in love with her writing style. She develops mood and scenes with ease. By the time the story was over I wanted to hang out with Drew and Anna on a daily basis.
  • Holy hotness!

First time to read this author. I was leary of the whole “college” age storyline but this book was SUPER SWEET, HOT, SEXY and fun. I loved the football aspect of inside a “popular jock stud” and how that would be really difficult to trust if someone really loves you for you or just your fame. Also thought that Anna was realistic in the fact that she (as many women do) was really insecure about her being “enough”. I loved that Drew was sure from the beginning and that Anna was the one who had to find her truth. Really EXCELLENT story. Can’t wait for the next one. *one thought…no college guy was EVER as hot and knew what to do with a woman as DREW. - thus the fairy tale. LOVED IT!

This story has heart and left me in laughing, touched and at times in tears. I haven't been so fully invested in a story with such depth. This is beyond a sappy romance. This is a story about heart, life and struggle. I absolutely loved this story and would recommend to anyone. Must read! 5 stars just isn't sufficent.

This book was amazing!! It took me so long to start this one because there are so many similar books out there. When this book came up, i had just finished Stay with Me, The Deal and All closed up, which all have similar story lines and ALL freaking amazing! I'm glad i waited for this one because it is unique and i'm glad I didn't compare it to the others. The beginning started a little fast to me with the instal-sex, but this story was so much more. I loved their relationship and all the trials they went through. I loved Drew soooo much! He was so steady and willing to do anything for Anna. Anna was a little frustrating in the beginning, but her fears were understandable. And i loved towards the end with all the drama with Drew and how Anna stood by him. This book was amazing and I'm so glad i didn't skip it. I can't wait to read Gray's story.
