I didn’t even know pressure cookers were still used! This book explained it all in such a logical easy manner that I am really looking forward to giving these recipes a try. I really like the thought of such quick hearty meals, all in one pot, with the added benefit of it holding in all those flavors!

I didn’t think I would like this book but I do. I have never used a pressure cooker before but this has given me a reason to. I love the recipes, especially the risotto recipes. The timing chart can help people create their own meals. I think it has a lot to offer anyone!

I just bought this book on kindle on Amazon and didn't like the fact there are no pictues in the book. I dont know if that is something only on kindle, but other than that I liked this book. A lot of the recipes look exciting to try, such as the "lentil salad," they put feta cheese on that! I also was intrigued by the, "red potato with butter/salt." That one looks exciting and the best part is, it only takes 3 minutes to prepare! The beginning of the book introduces you on how to use a slow cooker, which can be helpful for people who are new to that. This book has a lot of recipes that look tasty and can be prepared rather quicky. So, i would reccomend this book to people who are often busy to cook and need something fast, this is the cookbook for you then.

This cookbook offers many healthy recipes. There are a variety of meals to make and you will never have to make the same meal twice. The recipes for the vegetables are a hit with the children.

Pressure cookers make so much sense, and this cookbook is equally quick and easy. I love the variety of flavors in these recipes, from Middle Eastern flavors to confections. I learned, too, that rice and pasta can be cooked more quickly in a pressure cooker, which is just one way that this cookbook promises to save me time in the kitchen

I’m sort of terrified of pressure cookers, but this cookbook does a pretty great job demystifying them. Beginning with a general introduction to how to use a pressure cooker (electric or stovetop) including timing charts and advanced techniques, it moves on to a sensibly laid out sequence of chapters covering everything from soups and side dishes to main dishes and desserts.

I recieved my pressure Cooker as a gift from my Grandma, and never really used it except for veggies a few times. This book is great. It gives lots of tips. I really like the cooking time table. It open my eyes to whole new idea about what I can cook with my pressure cooker. A bunch of yummy new recipes for veggies. I tried the Brussels sprouts with bacon, they are YUMMY! Even the kids gobbled them up. Next on my pressure cooker test menu is 2-minute corn on the cob and BBQ chicken. I recieved this book for free.

WOW is all I have to say at this time. What a great Cookbook I loved reading everything even Chapter one that teaches you special things you need to know from Basic and Advanced Techniques to Ten Essential Pressure Cooker Tips. Which all of the Tips are useful I also love all the different recipes they have and how they broke it down for you, So if you have Seafood you can open the table of contents and say ok chapter 7 that way you do not have to waste time looking through all of the for the one you want. You will not go wrong with getting this cookbook come on who would have thought you could make so many different kinds of yummy sweets. Enjoy I know I have.

Divided into eleven parts, this book provides a better understanding of pressure cooking overall and contains easy, affordable recipes (which are complete with photos and nutritional information.) The recipes book includes a how-to guide, timing charts, figures, resources, and a list of ten essential cooker tips! I recommend this book mostly to college students, for the easy, fast (yet hearty) recipes suit them in their time constraints.
