What a great book. Well written and hard to put down which is a hallmark of all her books. This one adds on the profound question of what if. It makes you want to examine your own life and wonder if you've made toe right decisions along the way.

I've read this book over and over and over again. I love it from the beginning to the fantastic end. I adore the younger Alice and every time I start thinking about her I go back and read it again! I'd give it 10 stars. There are only three books that I can read repeatedly and love them every time. This is one of them.

I loved two other books by this author so thought I'd try this one. It was so boring....I forced myself to keep reading, thinking it must get better. But no, it didn't. If you haven't read Big Little Lies or The Husband's Secret....buy those instead.

This book had a big impact on me. There were moments that made me cry and others that made me laugh. It hit me hard- the whole concept that we are constantly changing as people- our personalities, our dreams, our values- and we don't even realize it. If the person I am today could zoom ahead 10 years- what would I think of who I had become? It's heavy stuff, but Moriarty has a way of making it as light and as enjoyable as lemon meringue pie. Loved it!
