    I am in dire need of help. I am mentally ill and have substantial documentation showing people harassing me, violating me,stealing and fraudulently using my identity, scamming me, threatening my life, and then by the looks of it setting fire to my apartment complex!??!!! I am reading this manual to see what I am supposed to do and the last couple pages are in a language I do not understand. I am terrified! Please help me. I don’t want to do anything to the phone that will make it look like I did something wrong. I am so emotionally scared and clueless right now. I have tried to call the authorities in the past for help, and they Laughed in my face and left me speachless. They would not even take me to the mental hospital. Now, I am TRULY very scared, where do I go, where do I turn? What if they hurt my family???

    It would be much easier to use as a reference manual if it had a Table of Contents and/or Index. The manual has 892 pages to sort through to find what you’re looking for.
