  • This book goes beyond theory

I’ve read a number of books about baby sleep, and most provide broad platitudes about how to help your baby sleep independently. When you’re sleep deprived and desperate, translating theory into specific actions feels impossible. This is the first book I’ve read that is incredibly specific about what to do, when to do it, and how to troubleshoot if it doesn’t work (but we found that the strategies we tried did work). I have a 4 month old who learned to sleep independently with very few tears because I followed the advice in this book.
